Vegas Pro 13 - Want to upgrad to VP Suite 14??

I currently have Vegas Pro 13 and want to upgrade to Vegas Pro Suite 14. Since my current version is NOT a Suite version, is it possible to upgrade to Vegas Pro Suite 14 version?
