Vegas Pro 13 won't open anymore.

Hello,
The only way I can open the latest build of Vegas Pro 13 now, is by opening VP12 first.
Does anyone have an idea of what might be wrong?

Oh sorry, it's installed on system #2
Now it appears to be doing it only occasionally. And also sometimes, it won't open a 2nd session. I get that 'send to Sony error window'.
I guess it's probably a quirk that I'll just live with.
