Vegas Pro 14 - Bug with Video Stabilization?

Hi team,

I've put a lot of hours in Sony Vegas Pro 14 and never encountered this issue before. Suddenly my stabilize button adds a weird square into my video footage and I have no idea how to remove this. I have attempted to stabilize multiple seperate clips in the same video from the "Video FX" button.

Here is a screen shot.

After stabilize it happens to any clip I select it with. If I remove the stabilize change this weird square is immediately removed with the stabilization - so it absolutely 100% is being caused by the video FX.

Has anyone encountered this error? Do I have some strange feature enabled that can be shut off?

Thanks!

Do you by chance have the Split Preview Effx button enabled? Is it upon the program monitor a bit to the left.

I don't see any such button but that could be a solution.

I've actually discovered that when I right click on my clip and then select "Create Sub clip" it turns that annoying square off but it seems to remove the stabilisation that I just waited on!

It really is frustrating because it renders my stabilize feature useless at the moment.
