Vegas Pro 14 build 244 crashing when rendering or watching preview

Hello! I'm new to the forum, but I really need help with this problem since I'm pretty desperate to fix it.
I was working on a project that took me almost 1 day, and I'm trying to finish it as soon as possible, but at the time of rendering (about 30% of the total progress) it crash and I don't know why.
If I click all the screen then the program closes, if I let it render some hours then it does nothing, I mean it doesn't crash to the level of closing the entire app but it keeps at 30% without moving on.
The project isn't long at all, it's duration is about 2 minutes of video.
I please need help with this, I tried to replicate the project from scratch in Vegas Pro 13 but I can't, it takes a lot of time and also it isn't as good as my original project, thanks for any help! I will post any information that is requested.
I'm running Windows 10, my PC is good enough to render because I used this multiple times and never crashed before this, however this project is more complex since I do some sound edition (Eco effects, deep voice edition, etc).
Also sorry about my bad english, I hope you understand me!

EDIT: It also crashed before using build 211.

"I'm running Windows 10..."

Did any Windows Updates happen recently?

Can you isolate a crash when previewing to one clip on the timeline?

Troubleshoot with Nick Hope's FAQ here.

My Windows 10 is up to date, I didn't notice any new update here.

I checked that FAQ and the problem persists.
Steps 1 to 5 are done, but is still crashing.

There are a lot of more steps, but I don't think my WIndows is the problem, because I tried to render another project and the program is working well.

My drivers are up to date, my NVIDIA drivers are up to date, I not using GPU acceleration, Net Framework and others programs are working fine... most of that guide is done but it still doesn't work :( .

EDIT: I found that a audio track is the responsible of the issues, however that audio track has my audio edit, I can't just delete it, isn't there anything I can do?

"I found that an audio track is the responsible of the issues... isn't there anything I can do?"

1) Render your aac and mp3 sources to .WAV outside this project and replace them in this project.

2) Try render to a new track using wav with just the offending audio between two markers and replace it in this project.

PS

Up-to-date Windows maintenance and video drivers and $5.00 will get you a latte at many Starbucks, but not all.

It seems the problem was "pitch shift" sound effect, when I delete that effect from the audio track, it renders well, the temporary fix I had done was to render the project without that audio track, and then apply it in another render... however is not the best solution, can this be fixed with a future update?
