@Matthew-Parker ... Amazon in the US (amazon.com) have a number of Vegas Pro versions, including Vegas Pro 14, available for purchase. If you are outside of the US, a purchase may be geo-blocked depending on what country you are in.
What I would recommend doing is, install 14 on the systems you want, then upgrade to 17 through the official Vegas Creative software site, which should give you 2 more installs (correct me if I'm wrong here, folks), then you can put 17 on the 2 systems of your choice, which also will give you far more features than 14 is capable of.
That's a really good solution @fr0sty but with 1 caveat if all 3 users are working/collaborating on the same project, the user of VP14 won't be able to use work undertaken on VP17 because of no backward compatibility of the veg files, though an EDL export would be a possible solution.
@VEGASDerek … Yes, it's definitely there. I'm not sure what went wrong with my Google search because all I found on Steam was 16 and 17. Anyway, thanks for pointing that out. Cheers.
@Dexcon Don't use google to find things on steam. I think they periodically mess with product searchability and the various engines out there.
If you're willing to spend $200 just for a license, IMO you'd be better off waiting for a Magix sale (as well as upgrade discounts) and getting the latest version. Do your work in 14 where you really have to but use 17 for some of the latest features and bundles
