I'm trying to edit video but I keep getting this glitchy preview screen. It even shows up after I render it. I really don't know how to explain it but here's the pictures. It randomly does that. It does it for 3 or more seconds then goes back to normal. It sometimes wont even happen at all. But most of the time it does. I'm trying to upload a video to youtube but this glitch keeps getting in the way.

I don't know whats happening. Random black pixels on the screen. Is their any solution to this? Thanks!
