Vegas Pro 15 crashes when starting [Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000094)]

The program always worked fine for me, until today when I renewed my windows license. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this problem though, it could be a coincidence. Either way, when I open the program I get an error message with this problem description:

   Problem:             Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000094)
   Fault Module:        C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\igdlh64.inf_amd64_9ae9bb70fd84cd4d\igdrcl64.dll
   Fault Address:       0x00007FFE5C8EDC39
   Fault Offset:        0x000000000008DC39

Any idea how I could fix this? Thanks in advance!

Hey Joris,

We've got the same issue here. Mine is Movie Studio 14. It was working yesterday up until today when I started the application and booomm got exactly the same error.

I have submitted a support ticket to Magix and hoping someone will get back and rectify it.

We'll keep eye on this space here.

That's your video driver that's crashing. Did your video driver automatically update? If yes, you might try rolling back to the previous version.

It works perfectly now. Thanks Jetdv. I have rolled back the onboard video card as its the one that causes the issue. I have now set the Movie Studio to use the Nvidia GPU.
