It looks like your download was not complete or is corrupt.

Try downloading again and first clean those temp files in user/app data .

I think the issue is caused by your profile's file spec. Not all programs handle non-english characters in path correctly.

i download another one but the problem still existing give me same message. it works before on win 8 without any problem
