Vegas Pro 15: Vegas Pro wont fully render my video.

I'm editing on my laptop (Inspiron 14 3000). So I made/edited a video for my YouTube channel. When I was finished editing it, I rendered it, and just like a normal render it went from 1% to 100% with no problem. bam. done. the problem I'm having is that when I go to my Videos Folder to see my exported/rendered video. I see the full-length time stamp on the video Ex. If I rendered a 24 min and 10-sec clip. I can see the timestamp of 24:10 on the video in my Videos Folder.

So I see the timestamp on the video so I expect the full video to play from start to finish when I press play, but it doesn't. Instead, It starts to play from the start but then gets halfway and stops like it played the full video but it didn't. Ex. So if the video I rendered is 24mins and 10secs long. The video will play all the way up to 7mins and 40secs and then end, but you can still see the 24:10 at the end. It's very weird and I need help plz. Thank you.

My render template is MAGIX AVC/AAC MP4 >>> Internet HD 1080p 59.94 fps

If you try a different format, like Magix HEVC, does it do the same thing?
