Windows Media Player, but all other Vegas Pros have worked with it sinxce i stated using them, back on 13

Try a different Player. Try the VLC Player. Do some research to determine whether WMP has the necessary CODEC to read the INTEL HEVC effectively.

It did not, i did a bit of research and found an addon for it, now it works

So, it was not Vegas not rendering any video, as you stated in your title, rather it was the option you’d chosen as a player, and that player not then being able to play it.

Where did you get the add-on? It may help others.
