Vegas Pro 16 Black Screen during Playback

Hi, I hope you can help me out! Since 2 weeks now I have this problem: during playback sometimes for no reason the preview turns black for some frames and then go back to normal. This problem persist during all the edit and sometimes it goes worst showing other frames black. It happens randomly and it seems like Vegas can't show some frames properly. I thought was a file problem but if I close Vegas and then open it again it's all good! But this problem happens a lot of times so it's really annoying to close-open again and again just to finish one video. Do you have any solution?

@RNade_ Unless I’ve got it wrong, your example is ONLY showing the AUDIO Tracks and no VIDEO tracks. As we’re attempting to assist you on a PREVIEWING issue please include the VIDEO tracks?

Whilst you’re doing that, please show us your MediaInfo by using the MEDIAINFO app. Also your PROJECT Settings.

Video tracks are N.5 (muted) and N. 6 but the problem is not in the timeline. I disabled thumbnails for improve performance. Anyway my example is about the "video preview" tab and shows that the clip is not black but sometimes some frames are shown as solid black for no reason. If I try to open "pan/crop" tab with playhead on these frames the preview is solid red.

MAYBE I found a solution and here is what I did (for now it's all good, if black screen comes back I will write here again)

1. Options - Preferences - General - Tick on "allow legacy GPU Rendering"
2. Options - Preferences - Video - Set my GPU in "GPU acceleration of video processing"
3. (Shift pressed) Options - Preferences - Internal - Set "Enable Multi Stream Render" on TRUE

Which one?
You have two the Intell GPU and the NVidia.
Which driverversions are installed for both?

First project i tried with Intel one now I'm going to try Nvidia 960

Drivers:
