Vegas Pro 16 error

I update Vegas Pro, to VP16 from VP15. I get activate the program, but I can't start Vegas Pro 16. It shows the error 0xc0000005

My laptop: Core i7 4700HQ , 12 gb RAM, 1TB HDD,

Vegas Pro 15 was working very well in this laptop.

Make sure you have the latest video driver installed.

Thanks jetdv, it was solved. The video driver Nvidia was updated and now it works correct.

Everytime i add/import media that has 1080p 60 FPS, it kept crashing on me, and it says error. there are 2 errors, either it crashes or it says error.
