The audio track/s wouldn't by chance be muted would they ('M' icon highlit in the track header/s)?

Or likewise the audio bus track (View/Audio Bus Tracks) could be muted in its track header.

If there have been any windows updates, check the sound settings in Windows Settings and/or audio interface if the latter is being used on your computer (e.g. Realtek or an addon audio card) to see if the update/s changed your computer's audio settings.

Check to see if a another track or bus is in 'Solo', that can cause a no sound condition, Also check the 'Mute' automation, it is not as easy to see like the mute switch and has caused a no sound condition for me more than a few times.
