Vegas pro 17 edit installer not working my windows 10 computer

I purchased the the Vegas pro 17 edit version of the software, the installer gets stuck at 0%, still no solution.

This link will get you VEGAS Pro 17, I'm not sure about an alternate link for DVD Architect, but I'll see if I can find one.
