Bonjour.Je souhaiterai savoir s'il vous est possible de prendre la main sur mon PC afin de le configurer convenablement afin d'en exploiter toutes les ressources. En effet, je n'ai pas assez de connaissances pour bien installer ce logiciel ainsi que toutes ses applications.
Mon PC se bloque à chaques manipulations et cela devient récurent. En attendant une réponse positive de votre part..

I would strongly advise against this path it is extremely unsafe - many many scams can be instigated by having remote access especially from someone you don't know. Your best option is to provide some key information about your system, what you are doing when the problem happens and information about your media files.

Do you have a graphics card?
So V18 has installed and you can clips to the timeline, what type of clips (eg media information) Also is your Intel i7 internal graphics enabled too? (I expect yes).
Important to have this info as many issues relate to graphics.

Please do this:
Open V18, start a new project
add two clips from GoPro to timeline
save project
Move clips about, overlap, scrub timeline using curser (grab tail not head) fast back & forth

in fact the software crashes when I make changes too quickly .. Maybe I will go too fast when I make changes .. The modes of my camcorder correspond well to the formats .. This is a Sony HDR PJ 420. Graphics card N Vidia Version 436.30GE FORCE GT 730
The GT 730 is not a supported card for V18 it only has 1GB or 2GB onboard ram neither good enough.
V18 needs 4GB of on board ram min.
You could try with driver 456.71 and dynamic RAM Preview set to 0 (options, preferences video tab) but I expect it will still crash,
Vegas min spec:
NVIDIA® GeForce GTX or RTX 9XX series or higher with 4GB
Something like a GTX 1660 6GB super would be OK for V18. About 250 euro. Also if upgrading Graphics you should consider going to 32GB ram, your CPU is good.
Quelque a choisi comme une super GTX 1660 6 Go serait OK pour V18. Environ 250 euros. De plus, si vous mettez à niveau les graphiques, vous envisagez d'aller à 32 Go de RAM, votre processeur est bon.
