Not with me look

What are the projectsettings of the project you want to do this?
Which buildnumber of Vegas do you use?
What is the hardware you work on with Vegas Pro 18?

Quale buildnumber di Vegas usi?
Qual è l'hardware su cui lavori con Vegas Pro 18?

1. Install the latest build of VP 18, that is build 527
2. Set your projectproperties to 1080x1920 for making this "vertical video"

How do I update it? Thank you

There are 2 ways:
1. Goto Help/Check for software updates

2 GOto your Magix account and download from there: https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

Is your video actually interlaced? Your project shows that it is set to interlaced, if it's not change to progressive.

You appear to be wanting to make the bicycle video the correct orientation. You do that by right clicking on the clip and changing the orientation

Vegas is very poor at image manipulation, very slow. It is normal for the playback performance to be worse after you have rotated the video, it might be expected behavior with your CPU and GPU, but it's normally best to upgrade to latest build

I tested this with VP20b403 it behaves the same, slow down with a rotated video.

Magix really needs to do better
