Vegas Pro 18 won't start

I have a problem and it is that when I start the program it does not open, that is, I click on it and it does not start, nothing happens at all. Can you please help me to solve this problem. it had not happened to me before.

Maybe after you have given more information
- Installation was on a?
- Used buildnumber of Vegas Pro 18?
- Exact installation location?
- Did it worked before? and if yess what has been changed?
