Vegas Pro 19 - "BCC+" Plugins show in FX window, but don't open

Hi,

I upgraded to Vegas Pro 19 a week ago. Got a mail with several plugins from Boris FX.

- Boris FX Continuum 2021.5 Film Style Unit

- Boris FX Continuum 2021.5 Stylize Unit

- Boris FX Continuum 2021.5 Lens Flare 3D

and

- Boris FX Primatte Studio

After installing all these Boris FX plugins I run in to some problems which I have had several mail discussions with Boris FX Support. They say "You only have to install "Boris FX Primatte Studio"! - Why is the other 3 in the upgrade???

All of the BCC+ plugins - which I installed with the option "Don't install unlicensed plugins.." were shown in Vegas Pro 19.

After several tries with help from Boris FX support I'm now in the situation that all the BCC+ plugins are still shown but only the names of them with no options in the window to the right of the plugins.

Is there a way where I don't have to see all the BCC+ plugins that I dont have any license for??? There is a lot of them 80+...

Try deleting "C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\BCC_DFT".

Or delete "C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\19.0\FX Thumbnails\fx_thumbnail_cache.bin", "C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\19.0\plugin_manager_cache.bin", "C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\19.0\svfx_plugin_cache.bin".

I will try deleting those files and yes, I watched the video. The installation SEEMED to work well, but when I select the option to remove all unlicensed plugins then open the installer again to make sure it's clean it keeps giving me the message "There are Continuum plugins that are not licensed on this machine." as if the previous removal didn't do anything. So now when I'm in Vegas applying FX, when I click any of the "BCC+.." FX nothing happens, no window pop-up, nothing so they're currently just in the way of plugins that actually will open.

Deleting those files, with exception of the first one seemed to do the trick. There are a few BCC+ plugins still showing, but they all open properly. Thanks!
