VEGAS Pro 19 Build 636 Improvements (Suggestions)

@VEGASDerek @VEGASHeman

01.Trim event to show all frames option does not correctly adjust event length when velocity envelopes are used.
It only works to decrease the event length but not to increase it. This option worked correctly on the Build 550.

Build 636 and 643 (not work correctly)______ Build 550 (work correctly)

02.It is not possible to drag multiple projects to the Timeline or to the Project Media Window using the Explorer Window. The only way to do this is to go to File/Import/Media or open the original folder and drag the projects directly to the Timeline.

03.It is not possible to drag files directly from the Explorer Window to the Project Media Window. This was possible until version 14. In new versions, you have to right-click and choose Add to project Media list.

04.The Set Default Track Properties option does not work for the Pan parameter in Audio Tracks.

@joelsonforte.br, #4, the "default properties" says "Pan Type" - not pan amount. I would expect it's saving the "Type" as shown in this image:

@jetdv you are right. I hadn't noticed that. Thanks!

@joelsonforte.br, it *is* possible - it just has to be a separate window. The tab won't automatically switch. I was able to drag from the highlighted file area to the Project Media window just fine with it as a separate window. I do see in the previous version the tab would automatically switch for you so that's the only difference.
