Vegas Pro 19 Crashes Sound System While Opening

Vegas Pro 19 crashes sound system while opening and interestingly:

there is something weird about Vegas Pro 19 with OBS Studio because it's not crashing if the OBS studio is already recording, there is no problem with the program (accidentally found).

I've tried every possible solution on the internet about this glitch/bug/issue but nothing worked. It worked just one time and it ended with Windows Sound Mapper ..... not found, etc.

This is happening in builds 458, 424? (previous one I guess) and Vegas Pro 18 also.

(I recorded the video with my phone instead of OBS studio because it's not crashing when OBS is recording :) (Interesting for me).

Do you have Sound Forge Studio installed? There have been problems with the Magix Low Latency driver (part of Sound Forge) on some systems.

No, I haven't. Let me try it and post the result here. (I've installed K-Lite Mega Codec Pack but it didn't help by the way.)

Edit: I've just installed Sound Forge but it didn't solve the problem.
