I have a problem regarding Vegas Pro 19.

It all started when I updated AMD Adrenalin software from 23.7.2 to 23.11.1. I was still using Vegas Pro 15 and the problem I faced was that the blue and red channels were mixed (instead of RGB color it was BGR). I tried contacting AMD for assistance but they only told me that they couldn't fix it and that I should get assistance from Magix.

So I went ahead and purchased Vegas Pro 19, thinking it was going to solve the problem of BGR color but no. After some messing with some effects, I managed to get around this issue.

But the other problem I have is that when I click render, the program hangs for a bit then it crashes without showing any errors. It once crashed and showed a KERNELBASE.dll error but that was only once.

I tried giving it more Preview RAM, I disabled GPU acceleration, I disabled the OpenGL interop but nothing worked.
I read somewhere that resetting Vegas to the factory settings might work, so I did that. The resetting Vegas trick only worked once. After that, the problem persisted.

My PC configuration is:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
RAM: 16gb
GPU: RX 570
Storage: 500GB SSD and 1TB HDD

I don't know what else to do. Please help!
