vegas pro 19 editing problem

I unstalled vegas pro 19 due to somthing wrong when i reload saving project file in vegas pro 19, as says the file can't be opened by installed version of vegas pro.......bla bla. i reinstalled vegas pro 19 for several time, but same thing happened.

for reference, i installed two bersions 16 and 19 on my computer

When it first did work and later not, is it better not to uninstall and install again, but to reset the program.
That has to be done exactly following this post:

What's the "bla bla" part?

Did you install the same build of 19?
