Vegas Pro 20.0 How do I change formats to render?

When I change formats in render as from MAGIX HEVC/AAC MP4 to MAGIX AVC/AAC MP4 the Render button is no longer highlighted and usable. How do I change formats and still be able to push the render button?

What format are you trying to change to?

Have you also selected the rendering template on the right box list as well besides of the left box list ?
