Received the problem notice on May 4 evening. Yes, my Vegas pro 20.0 build 402 fails to launch. Temporary relief of launching it with false computer date setting and off-the-internett works but the remedy does not help after the resetting the computer date nor after reconnecting the internet. The suggested download of the build 403, Japanese version, is being attempted but the download, to begin with, is excruciatingly slow. The download progress meter says "40 minutes" and sometimes even "1 day more"!! On Windows 10 on fast enough internet line.
