Hello,

I'd like to write a Vegas plugin in C++.
I've installed and activated the trial version for VP20 on my Windows 10 laptop.
When I try to start the program, the Vegas Pro loading screen pops up and immediately freezes.
I have the french version installed but it stops at "creation of an E/S file manager" (approx. translation).
I've tried cleanly uninstalling it, cleanly booting the pc, and starting a project from the command line, same problem.
My machine has 8Gb, but why would it takes all this RAM just to boot it? No idea. For the graphics, it is a chipset I believe: an AMD HD 8500m/8700m + Intel.
One thing I've noticed is that my CPU nears capacity while Vegas tries booting, which could be relevant.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I went through this troubleshooting post (https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-vegas-pro-won-t-start-what-can-i-do--104784/) before posting this topic, nothing worked.
