Vegas Pro 20 can't enable Video Capture.

I switched from v19 to v20 build 214 but it doesn't work with Video Capture.
What do I have to do? To be able to use.

@j-v  Thanks, but I had to use the live signal from the MCR to capture via a Decklink SDI 4K card or AJA Kona 3G card.
