VEGAS PRO 20 upgrade don't install

Hello ! I have SVP 19 and I have bought the SVP 20 upgrade at magix website. I have download the vegaspro20_dlm_z72jp2.exe and lauched it, the problem is that the installation is blocked at 0%, and after a few seconds, the download stop and i have to click on "continue" button, but the same thing happen. I have try to restart my computer, but that don't resolve my problem. Someone have a solution please ? Thank you :)

Yesterday, because that was half price. It was their marketing plan before the release of version 21.
