Vegas Pro 21.0 has a problem opening.

Hello community ;)

I have had a problem for several days and I can't solve it with the tutorials already present on the support forum or on other websites, I can't find a solution to tell the truth, so I'm posting here.

When the basic software keeps crashing today it doesn't launch at all..
Vegas Pro 21 has a problem opening.

The loading window launches until 'Creating windows' and then the start window disappears and nothing more.

I tried resetting with CTRL+SHIFT and double-clicking to open, it doesn't work.

I added a rule to the firewall it doesn't work.

I of course reinstalled, uninstalled many times with the procedures above, activating the license / deactivating nothing works... it's ruin!

I have already lost several days of work and even today I spend my morning looking for a solution on forums in all directions. It is no longer possible, I am on the verge of asking for a refund. It is unthinkable to lose so much because there are always problems with this software and you have to look for solutions to a software on your own.

Is your Vegas trial perhaps installed in French (The French language version)? If so, then you need to install the English version. It is a known issue that plagues some French users for some time now (for Vegas 21 and Vegas 22), and still no solution. The developers are aware of the issue, but cannot seem to reproduce it to fix it.

If you want to help solve the problem with French installs, contact VEGAS support as they may be able to guide you through troubleshooting steps.

In the meantime you can install it in English and keep working.

Thanks for your reply, I was mistaken, it's not a trial version that I have but a pack that I bought for over 400€, at that price I'm expecting more concrete help from support, if necessary I'll ask for a full refund. I don't have to find a solution myself, they're the ones who have to give it to me clearly.  We'll see.

I have posted twice to support with no response to date. As I said in a previous reply, it's a real paid version that I have, I made a mistake with the translation.  Thank you for your feedback.

We are not support so can't help you beyond what we already told you, that there is an issue opening VEGAS on some French systems and no solution other than installing it in a different language like English.
