Vegas Pro 21 Activation Error

I am receiving the dreaded error of "An online connection could not be established. Please make sure your computer is connected to the Internet. A firewall may also be blocking access.

I have a Vegas Pro 365 Subscription.

Up until today my son has been able to use his Vegas Pro without this error. I have had this for over 2 years now, but the subscription just renewed yesterday.

Things I have done:

Checked for updates, no Windows updates, no driver updates, no updates have occurred in over a week.

Disabled Firewall and Anti Virus protection

Uninstalled the program, deleted the Installation.ini file and reinstalled from the Magix account.

I have a steady internet connection but I also restarted my Network.

Deleted older versions on his PC and removed those Installation.ini files.

Deactivated the PC in my Magix account.

Please help! My son is extremely autistic and does not understand when something does not work and mom cannot fix (I work in IT).

You have to contact Magix for a resolution on this since they ware the ones who would release the serial number for use. Look at the top of this page and click on Support.

I think you should have received a confirmation email with how to activate the software. If you didn't, check your Spam folder to see if it is there.

There is also a phone number HERE but it operates on Central European Timezone.
