I have been waiting for Vegas Pro team to solve a few issues for 3 months, but unfortunately with no luck, that's why I decided to share my feelings on Vegas public forum.
I purchased two Vegas Pro 22 by mistake. Once it was on August 2024 when Vegas Pro 22 was released, and another time it was while my Vegas Pro 365 subscription auto renewal.
I was trying to get my money back from Vegas Pro team for one of my license, but now I don`t even know if I got the whole money for one of my licenses. I have been still waiting for correct invoice from Vegas team. I sent them a lot of emails, but they didn`t reply me. I don`t need two licenses for the same product, because I have only one PC. I have been a Vegas client since Vegas Pro 8 as I remember well and I think that in that area I should be treated more that any new user.
Vegas Pro 22 bug with Color Curves makes my Vegas Pro 22 useless. Color Curves is one of my main effect I have always been using in every of my Vegas project. When this effect doesn't work I had to use Vegas Pro 21 since August 2024 till now.
I HAVEN'T RENDERED EVEN ONE PROJECT IN VEGAS PRO 22 SINCE THE DAY OF IT RELEASE (AUGUST 2024) AND SINCE MY PURCHASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I see that Vegas released an Update. I try to install this update for Vegas Pro 22, but I got the error that my license was expired. I would like to mention that I still have one licence active or maybe even two licenses.
I attach you a screen I got while installing update 2 for Vegas Pro 22.
When I checked the list of bug fixes in Update 2 I still see no Color Curves issue fix !!!!!
I feel unhappy and sad because I want to be still Vegas client, but I feel that I was not treated well by Vegas team. I try to solve the issues with private emails via customer support web page, but now I am angry because I don't understand why I cannot even install Update 2 for Vegas Pro 22. I sent them another email, but I will have to wait 2-4 days for their reply, but I am exhausted this behaviour, because I have been waiting for Vegas Pro 22 for 3 months and nobody replies my email.
Is there anybody from Vegas Pro team who can take care my ticket now?
