Vegas Pro 22 Trial Version - Render Bug

Hello! I recently registered for the trial version of VEGAS Pro 22 to test it out. I created a video clip that is 1 minute and 22 seconds long, but when I try to render it, I receive a message stating, "Rendering with trial versions of VEGAS Pro is limited to projects of less than 2 minutes in length. Please purchase VEGAS Pro for a full feature set." What am I doing wrong? In the photo provided, you can see how long the whole project is, which is 1:22 seconds.

If you make a selection and limit the section to be rendered to the 1:22 project length, does the render complete?

It probably won't because if my memory is correct the entire project length has to be less than two minutes.

Possibly there is something further along the timeline hence what John Dennis has asked Atlas to do.
