Hello,

I am experiencing a startup crash with VEGAS Pro 23 – Build 303.

Issue Description
I double-click VEGAS Pro 23
The splash screen appears
The loading process stops at “Creating Windows”
The window then disappears
In Task Manager, VEGAS briefly appears and then closes automatically
No error message is displayed

Important Information
I performed a complete clean installation of Windows (all partitions deleted)
Fresh installation of VEGAS Pro 23
No third-party plugins installed
The issue persists after reinstalling both Windows and VEGAS

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D (16 cores / 32 threads, 4.30 GHz)
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX X870-F GAMING WIFI
BIOS Version: American Megatrends Inc. 1701 (07/29/2025)
RAM: 64 GB
Storage: NVMe SSD
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5090
NVIDIA Driver: Studio Driver 591.74 (WHQL, DCH)

I have run out of ideas at this point.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has suggestions, I would greatly appreciate your help.
