Hello, I upgraded from Vegas Pro 20 to 23 and now neither program work. They immediately go into "not responding" state and say to send in a bug report.
I have done the following things already:
- Uninstalled/reinstalled
- Uninstalled/reinstalled all visual studios
- Updated everything (windows and all drivers)
- Renamed the folder UPS to UPSold and restarted Vegas
- The shift/ctrl restart start up option (I have no preset anything, as the program isn't opening at all)
- Gained a new Kernalbase.dll and swapped it out (as well as all the troubleshooting that went into trying to get that thing to work)
- Emailed three times, followed all the instructions given by the Auto-AI-Reply, have not received a human response.
- Did the program troubleshooting of changing the compatibility
