I've tried all the help and the support email. No response. I have two emails and neither show the product registered to it, and trying to activate on the program itself doesn't show it's registered. When I try to register it, it says it's already registered.
Do I have to just count this as a loss and cr@ck it? I've paid for it, I'd rather not have to go that route.
or if anyone has any suggestions, please.
