Vegas Pro 23 Render to MP3 Mono

I am attempted to render a audio-only mp3 project at mono. Where is the mono setting for mp3 in Pro 23? It's not available as a custom option in the render Custom gui.

The template is not in Vegas 23-302. There are two ways to skin that cat.

1) Create a custom template in an earlier version of Vegas and save with a name you'll recognize.

2) Download this file link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kGPpMmr4IrnUdtdnJM2EeC1NorBN9oGW/view?usp=sharing and place it into the folder: C:\Users\your-username\AppData\Roaming\VEGAS\Render Templates\mp3\. It will then appear in Vegas 23 but, will not be customizable.
