Why is the install not automatic?
Who thought it was a great idea for this to take like 45 minutes of constantly clicking "Agree and Install" on a separate installer for every little plugin or add-on for Vegas?
Just make it install.
And then midway through it forces a restart which then creates issues.
This is a screaming PC with 128gb of RAM and crazy GPU etc. This should take 3 minutes to install or less.
There are some advantages to this install method.
You can say decide to not install an already selected module at any time.
They are all individual apps with their own installers.
It just requires a little patience.
Curious as to what specifically takes 45 minutes to install?
I have the suite and it didn't take long at all on my "screaming PC" listed in my Signature below. 5 minutes tops.
VEGAS Pro Suite is a bundle that includes different aplications and content, each with its own licence of use (hence the need to click "Agree" several times"). It also comes with the Deep Learning models required for the AI effects. You don't have to install everything, the installer lets you choose. If you install everything, you don't need to do it at once.
With respect to the Deep Learning modules, I prefer to be able to choose what I want to install because some of them are big and I may not need that specific effect. It takes more time but it's worth it.
