Vegas Pro 365 Audio tagged on YouTube as copyrighted by Storyblocks

I received a message that my audio was copyrighted by storyblocks and I do not have a license to use it. It was not a strike but they did say they would add advertisements to it. None of my video is monetized.

I thought all the audio and stock video in 365 was royalty free as long as it was used during the subscription period.

Did I miss something?

@Jeff-Schroeder, I was using one piece of audio from there in several videos. It was popped in every one of them. I would then contest it and the notice was removed every time (usually within an hour) but I got tired of having to do that on EVERY video, so I finally just changed it to another piece of audio from Digital Juice and haven't had an issue since then.

I did notice that I was also using the last 15 seconds of that same audio clip and it never got flagged. The part being flagged was me using the first 30 seconds of the audio clip. As I test, I created a new audio clip, from the same file, using two separate 15 second segments and replaced the 30 second segment with that new clip. It also did not get flagged but, by that time, I had already decided to switch clips so I wouldn't have to worry about it again.

Here's exactly what I sent them as referenced by @john_dennis

Disputing the claim process with the text john_dennis linked to should work. Most of these claims are dropped within an hour of a dispute being filed.

The core problem is that Vegas/Magix don't know the users youtube channel ID, but in the API there is the ability to include it so that customers YT channels are automatically white listed
