The auto download update keep freezing at half way download. I downloaded the file manually. And end up with this error.

And your error is saying that you probably have problems with your network you had also before with the automatic update.

That you have to repair first one way or another, but cannot be due to the program that installed very good for most users I know of.

I've been hearing a lot of people have been having issues with the automatic updates. You could just manually download the installer from the patch notes here (at the bottom), that should work for you, though, you'll probably have to re-enter your activation key if you do it this way.

David Johns wrote on 5/6/2019, 11:34 AM

I had to re-enter my activation code even though the update downloaded itself and installed quite happily. Seems to be working OK though, quite happy with v424.

fr0sty wrote on 5/6/2019, 8:06 PM

That is normal, it asks you to reactivate after each update, but it should automatically fill the code in for you.

Nah, I had to go and find it and copy/paste it in manually. No big deal unless it now thinks I have multiple activations.

@alifftudm95 I think the title of your thread is a little misleading.. perhaps you might want to consider changing it to reflect the true nature of your post
