vegas pro 64bit quicktime

When I try to open a raw dv file with the filetype of .dv Vegas wants to see the 64bit version of Quicktime. I have searched high and low and the best information I could find was to load the newest version of quicktime and it would be smart enough to install the 64bit version. Nay nay, this did not happen and I got the 32bit version.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can find the correct version?
b-t-w I am running the final version of Windows 7.

I think there will be a 64 bit version as soon as Win 7 for real hit the marked next month.

If you got your RTM of Win 7 through a TechNet subscribsion, you could try and ask on the forum there - maybe someone there is updated on QuickTime.
