Vegas Pro 9 64bit

This seems like a daft question but how do you get Vegas Pro 9 64bit? When I try to download it I select it in the pulldown menu but the file I am offered is vegaspro90c_32bit.exe. Is this because my machine isn't 64 bit? Confused.

I would think you can download either regardless of your machine - I see both when I look at the download for VP9 updates - but 64 won't work on your's if it's 32 bit so I wouldn't worry about it.

Kit, I just looked at it too and when I select to download the 64 bit version I do in fact get offered vegaspro9c_64bit.exe. Be sure you are getting if from the updates page.

Thanks for the reply. I'm thinking of getting a new machine and moving to 64 bit. When you downloaded Vegas 9 what was the file name? I'm only offered vegaspro90c_32bit.exe regardless of what I choose.

Thanks, I tried there, at the trial page and from the page linked to when I purchased version 9 - only get offered the 32 bit file each time.

I get offered the 32-bit and 54-bit versions, in 5 languages. 10 choices in all.

I'm looking at the Downloads/Updates page, and I've logged in to the website.

Doh! Sorry folks - just found out why I kept getting offered the same file. I had javascript switched off. Switched it on and could find the 64 bit version.
