Vegas Pro 9 seminar series

Hello
I am new to Video editing and needless to say there is a lot to learn. I have narrowed choices down to Avid and Vegas, leaning to Vegas. I am considering purchasing the Vegas Pro 9 training DVD to get a feel for the software. Can someone please post the table of contents or menu items covered in the series DVD?

If you're going to purchase Vegas training, I'd look at www.vasst.com - Sony's own produced stuff is fairly dry and lacking, IMO.
