Vegas Pro Build 300 crashes upon startup

I've upgraded from the last build to build 300 and my laptop is running My only copy of Vegas pro 21 build 300 but it crashes on the start screen right at the point it is saying it's opening the windows, and gives me an error screen to report the problem it has happened several time so i uninstalled and reinstalled then verified to serial number and it still happens what do i do? i have a project due in a week and i am at a standstill since i stated it with Vegas Pro 21.

It's going to help a lot to know what's in the error report.

Can you paste in here what it says under "show problem details"?

Also do send in the reports and you can even put a link to this thread in the box.

There we go the error box shows the OFX Boris plugin to be the fault. Remove it from the plugin folder and V21 should load. Contact Boris about an updated plugin.
