First thing I'd do is updating to the current build 252.

How should I do it?

If updating does not resolve the issue...

The fault module is nvoglv64.DLL which is a library file associated with nVidia drivers. Please note that GeForce 337.88 or Quadro/Tesla 341.05 (an R340 driver) or older is required for GPU-acceleration. These drivers can be found at: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx

I'm seeing nothing older than 368.39 from that search link, but those drivers can be found for older cards on the Nvidia site via Google. However I don't think those old drivers are available for Maxwell2 or Pascal cards (e.g. GTX 9X0, GTX Titan-x, GTX 1080). There are many reports of users successfully using GPU acceleration of video processing with later drivers than the ones you mention.

I tried also. I could not find Windows 10 drivers of that age.
Installing 337.88 for Windows 7 was "incompatable" for me.
