It's simple. Save Snapshot to File using the Icon at top of Preview Screen.

Open the saved still on the timeline at the point you choose. Done.

I want the snap to fly out, but retain its content. I tried that didn't work. Thats why the question.

@Ruby888, did you check the box as in my image? That has the image flying out instead of the black flying in.

What am trying to do is to make the photo flsah, like taking a still, I can do that, then I want the image to tumble away on black. I have been playing with solid black and can't seem to get it done. I have seen this effect before, can't remember where.

Was experimenting, I am trying to make the background black that you see the flying photo see

Place your black event (or empty event) on the same track as the still.

It is where the two events overlap that the transition effects are placed.

Thank you. I didn't think you could put a transition on a solid color. At least I never have done that. It works perfect Thank you
