I have bought the vegas 365 and installed it smoothly. However, when I try to verify my license, it does not work and it gives me error code -14. I have checked for typos and made sure i had none and it still does not work

I have already checked the support of vegas pro and tried all the stuff in the forums but it's stil not working for me.
