Vegas Pro Export to Premiere Pro and XML crashes Premiere Pro

I want to be able to send my Vegas Project to be used in Premiere Pro. I have exported to Premiere Pro file AND exported to XML file yet both make Premiere Pro Crash. What is the solution?

No. i bailed on the attempt as it was taking up too much time.
