I have a Vegas pro file i need rendered. I do have movie studio and found out there not compatible if any one would be nice enough to help me out with this it would be much appreciated it is a short 30m audio file that i would rather not have to edit a second time

I doubt it will help. Whilst Vegas Pro can open VMS "vf" files, VMS cannot open Vegas Pro "veg" files. But I'm always open to correction.

i remember once I followed similar way and managed to open veg file in VMS but not everything worked of course. It was better than nothing
i had tried this method before but maybe due to my version being a windows app it will just open up with out trying to load the file
a method i know will 100 percent will work is if some that has Vegas renders it in mp4 and sends it back to me but no one seams to be willing to do that

@austin-m I thought you were asking for help to open your vegas pro project in movie studio. Anyway send me the project file and I will be happy to render it and uploaded for you.
