"Vegas pro has stopped wroking" at launch

Hello I bought Vegas Pro 23, but when I want to launch, there is this error message.

On detail

My config : CPU : Ryzen 7 7800x3D

GPU : AMD Radeon RX 7600

My drivers are updated.

That's work thanks, I redownload Visual Studio c+++ 2012, 2013 and 2026. If than can help someone.
