Vegas Pro Install fro NewBlueFX

Does anyone know if this install will blow out my install of Titler Pro 4 Elite? I just want to insatll the transition.

It overwrote my Titler Pro 4 Ultimate. Also, Titler Pro 4 locked up when used in Vegas Pro 14. Do not know if a solution has been made by New Blue.
