Vegas Projects - XP to WIn7

If I have projects created in Vegas 9 under windows XP, and I go to open them in Vegas 9 in Win7, provided that all the same plugins used in the project are present, though in Win7 they would be a different file path, my question is, would the project open correctly, and would the plugins open? And if the plugins open, will they open with the correct settings from the project, or will I have to go through and reset everything?

You don't say which version of Win7 or which plug-ins.. If it is a 64-bit version, some plug-ins may not work.

It will be Win7 64bit, and the plugins will be mostly the stock Sony ones, and the ones that came bundled with ACID and Sound Forge. do all those have the option to install 64bit?

There will be just a few 32bit plugins, and I'm going to try jbridge for those few. Assuming jbridge works for the 32bit plugins I'm using, will the settings from the project recall?
